The rules, in plain words.

What happens at a limit?: The action you tried stops and the app offers an upgrade. Nothing you have already written is hidden, locked away or deleted, on either plan.
What is an AI credit?: One AI action, such as turning a brief into test conditions or explaining a project. Bigger actions use more than one. When credits run out, AI pauses until they reset. Writing by hand never stops.
Who counts as a seat?: Owners, admins and contributors: the people who can write. Readers and outside QA seats are not seats.
Can I cancel?: Any time, in the app. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then your team moves to Starter with everything kept.
Do you refund?: We do not refund part of a month. We always refund a double charge, a wrong charge, or a month we failed to provide. Credit packs are not refundable. The full policy is on the refunds page.
How do I pay?: By card, monthly, in US dollars or Nigerian naira.
